Fencibles United are an advocate of providing coaching at a young age. For 2009, the club is providing the opportunity for junior and youth players to participate in a quality development programme.
The sessions will be run for all age groups from 7 year olds to U19 level. Keith (Buzzer) Mackay, ex All White, will be running these sessions at William Green Domain along with assistance from our academy coaches.
Kevin Fallon, ex All White Coach, will oversee the academy and coach some specialised clinics. Coaching sessions will consist of approximately 15 to 20 players per 1 hour session. Sessions will be held after school and will run for 10 weeks at a cost of $70 per term per player. We will run academies during all four terms of the year and also school hoilday programmes.

- Over 25 years coaching Junior and Senior male and female players.
- Teams coached have ranged from Senior Men’s National League teams to international and regional representative age group teams (male and female).
- Coaching positions have included full time and part time roles as director of Coaching at several clubs along with 3 years at New Zealand Football in a Coach and Player Development role.

- FIFA Oceania Level 3 SFRITO Coaching Certificate
- Level 4 Certificates in Fitness, Nutrition, Sport Psych, Team Management, Sports First Aid
